Originally from Puerto Rico, Yaitza studied Accounting at the University of Puerto Rico. With over 15 years of experience running her own accounting practice, she relocated her family to Rhode Island. This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in accounting, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers, and effectively selling the team’s listings. Passionate about real estate, Yaitza has pursued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. She loves New England winters, outdoor experiences and traveling. She enjoys do it yourself projects with her retired veteran husband and quality time with her four kids, one young adult human, two dogs and a cat.
