To illustrate, Kent County extends from the western border with Connecticutt to Narragansett Bay. Historically,  the County was established in 1750. It spans 188 square miles and currently has a population of nearly 170,000 people. Furthermore, it boasts Rhode Island’s main airport T.F Green. The county is predominantly suburban and has coastal and woodland areas.

Kent County Towns and Cities

  1. Coventry  At this time, there are 58 homes for sale. To further elaborate, the prices range from 59,000 to $1,900,000.
  2. East Greenwich  Currently, there are 30  homes for sale. And, the prices range from $389,900 to $2,400,000.
  3. Warwick  Now, there are approximately 94 homes for sale. Also, the prices range from $64,000 to $949,900.
  4. West Greenwich  Currently, there are only 7 homes for sale. The prices range from $325,000 to $875,000. Because there are so few home for sale, it is difficult to determine a comparative price range. But the average home price in West Greenwich is approximately $425,000.
  5. West Warwick  Currently, 17 homes are for sale in West Warwick. And, the prices range from $199,000 to $350,000.
