Are there realtors out there who get a listing and match it with buyers before they actually publish the listing. 7 yrs. ago my friend got a home in Narragansett that way. Your insight please 🙏🏼
The Dias Team: Any realtor can do that. It’s just a matter of if she’s lucky enough to find the one realtor who happens to get the listing she decides to buy. Even if she does, there’s no guarantee that agent will sell it to her…especially right now.
Its better she works with a buyer’s agent who can protect her. Listing agents work for and protect their sellers’ interests…not hers.
